ABOUT THE COMMISSION

The main duties of the Domestic Organization and Member Relations Commission include coordinating the relationship between the Headquarters and Branches, Representative Offices and Representatives, and increasing the coordination and efficiency of domestic organizations.

Activity Descriptions

To conduct studies and visits to determine new members at the Headquarters,

To examine the application forms of new member candidates and to accept members,

To perform the membership exit procedures of members who request to resign from membership,

To conduct studies to identify candidates who have the potential to become members of the association,

To develop projects for members to benefit from the activities of the association to the maximum extent and to make recommendations to the relevant commissions and sector boards in this direction,

To conduct joint studies,

To ensure coordination between the Branch, Representative Office and Representatives and the Headquarters,

To organize the General Administration Board and Presidents Meetings,

To examine the activity reports of the Branch, Representative Office and Representative, to follow up on their activities and to direct their activities,

To follow up the General Assemblies of the branches and to ensure that they are held on time,

To grant branch establishment permission, Representative and Representative authorization certificates,

To carry out branch and representative office opening programs.
