Human Values

Our Human Values Unit, which sees people as a value and worth, represents a human-focused approach, as opposed to the management approach that sees people as a resource. In this respect, our priority is based on understanding people and their expectations. The main purpose of our unit is to respond to the economic and social expectations of our employees and to provide a safe working environment for our employees.

•    The basis of our Human Values selection and placement policy is based on the principle of “merit and competence”.

•    Instead of making job descriptions according to the Human Values balance, employee selection is made according to the requirements of the job and competency analyses.

•    In addition to the seniority of the employees within the institution, their seniority outside the institution is also taken into consideration.

•    In the selection and placement, in addition to the educational background of the personnel/candidate, their interests and skills regarding the defined jobs are also taken into consideration.

•    Continuous development is essential in order to adapt to changing conditions and maintain the successful line of the institution. The knowledge and motivation of our employees and their team spirit constitute the cornerstones of our success. We see our employees as our most important asset that needs to be developed in parallel with the continuous development of our institution.

•    A performance evaluation system is implemented in our institution for an effective and objective evaluation in which targets, work results and personal competencies are considered together. This system allows the manager and employee to share their mutual expectations and to use concrete, measurable criteria in performance evaluation.

•    Without forgetting that every job and task belongs to MÜSİAD, a new relationship and communication definition is made between the units and competent work is ensured.
