Strategic Planning is a process in which an organization defines a bold vision and creates a plan with goals and objectives to achieve this defined future. A good strategic plan defines where that organization is going, how it will achieve it, who needs to do what, and how it will review and adapt its strategies. Founded in 1990 with a bold vision, MUSIAD has become one of the most widespread business organizations in the world with thousands of members spread all over the world today. With its ever-increasing influence, disciplined business and management style that passes from hand to hand, it continues to develop its vision that will be carried to many decades to come. MUSIAD, which has been developing its strategies, building and implementing its strategic plans since the day it was founded, takes into account the changing external and internal factors after each general assembly and makes reviewing its strategic plans a strategic stance. The priority of the new Board of Directors, which was formed under the chairmanship of Mr. Mahmut Asmalı at the General Assembly held on April 28, 2023 and 40 percent of which was renewed, was to review the strategic plan. In this context, an intensive process was carried out with the Strategy Work Camp held on 19-21 May 2023, review activities were completed in a short time, and strategic priorities, strategic goals, main activities and sub-activities valid for the entire organization were determined and put into practice with their budgets. The main purpose of the strategic planning process is to ensure that all activities within MÜSİAD are carried out within the strategic plan, and to ensure the development of institutional capacity and the creation of a sustainable structure with performance management. In terms of institutional continuity, past studies conducted within MÜSİAD were largely utilized, and analyses and evaluations that were still up-to-date were harmonized and used.
