MÜSİAD, as one of the most widespread business organizations in Turkey, has prepared its vision document with an approach aimed at ensuring Turkey’s fair and sustainable development amidst the dynamics of a changing world that challenge nations and institutions alike. With more than 14,000 members, representing over 60,000 enterprises, 78 domestic and 100 international branches and representative offices, and providing employment to nearly 3 million people, MÜSİAD is fully aware of its potential power and the impact it can create across the country. MÜSİAD has prepared this vision document in line with its mission “to be a pioneering and accredited business platform that represents Turkey globally with a culture of production, entrepreneurship, and value-based business ethics; and that works towards fair and sustainable development and social welfare.” This document sets forth the strategic goals and priorities of MÜSİAD for the 2025–2027 period, serving as a roadmap for the future. In order to enhance its institutional capacity on both local and global levels, improve the productivity and competitiveness of its members, and deepen its social contribution with a fair and sustainable development perspective, MÜSİAD has developed a strategic framework under seven main headings: I.
