Ömer Cihad Vardan, born in 1962 in Hendek, Sakarya, graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1983. He completed his Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering at Ohio State University in 1986 and worked as a Research Engineer at the Engineering Research Center for Net Shape Manufacturing in Ohio, Columbus, until the end of 1987. After returning to Turkey, he worked as a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for developing CAD/CAM processes for parts of Stinger missiles at Kale Group. Later, he worked at UTE Holding, selling McDonald Douglas's Unigraphics CAD/CAM software.
In early 1991, Vardan became a founding member and the General Manager of Çukurova Isı Sistemleri, a family business that specializes in industrial heating systems, which he still manages.
From 2008 to 2012, Vardan served as the 4th Term President of MÜSİAD (Independent Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association) and has held other positions, including 5 years as Vice President and 4 years as a Board Member, totaling 13 years of service in MÜSİAD. Born in 1979 in Rize, Abdurrahman Uzun completed his high school education at Rize High School in 1996.
In 1999, he co-founded Mesut Mobilya with his brother, and in 2000, he expanded his business internationally by exporting to Georgia. In 2004, he opened a store in Baku, Azerbaijan, where he worked for six years. After returning to Turkey in 2010, he focused on production in 2012 and began manufacturing at his own factory. In 2016, he established the Zivella brand, transforming it into a design-oriented company.
Uzun currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Zivella. Between 2017 and 2019, he served as the Chairman of the Burundi Business Council at DEİK, and since 2012, he has been a Board Member of Rinerji.

After completing his undergraduate education as a Civil Engineer at Dumlupınar University, he completed his Master's Degree in Structural Engineering at Manchester Technical University (The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology). He is currently working on his PhD thesis at Marmara University Middle East and Islamic Countries Research Institute.
He published Technical Papers in the field of advanced Building Technologies in the UK during his Master's degree. He developed a method to increase the earthquake resistance of ferrocement cement type for the first time and this study was published in 2002 France International Conference on Repair of Reinforced Concrete Structures and was awarded by the Institution of Civil Engineers in England.
Between 2002-2005, he worked in the UK Nuclear Energy Department of Jacobs Engineering, one of the leading Technical Consultancy firms in the USA. He took part in the design, construction and commissioning projects of Nuclear Stations under BNFL (British Nuclear Fuel Limited).
In 2005-2006, he worked for Mouchel, the UK's leading company in the transport sector, in the management of project studies of UK Highways and Railways Public Institutions.
Between 2006-2008, he joined Campbell Reith Hill and took part in the design and management of Urban Transformation Projects and Health Integrated Facilities Public-Private Partnership projects.

In the same period, he continued his studies on renewable energy and its financing by preparing his master's thesis titled ‘Financing of Wind Energy and Valuation with Real Options Method’ in YTU Mathematical Engineering Department.
In addition to his senior management positions in the renewable energy sector, he prepared his doctoral thesis on ‘Financing Model of Nuclear Energy’ in the same university and department and received the title of Doctor in 2017.

Yılmaz, who worked as a manager in the World Bank's Social Risk Reduction Program (SRAP), Istanbul Seismic Risk Reduction and Emergency Preparedness Capacity Enhancement Project (ISMEP), was the Director of the Health Transformation and Social Security Reform Project, which was the largest transformation program Turkey has recently experienced, in which the health and retirement system was structurally completely transformed.

Sözbir, who became the Deputy General Manager of a private finance institution (currently known as a participation bank) founded in 1996, was responsible for different business units within this bank until November/2009, when he left his position as the Deputy General Manager.
At the same time, he assumed the position of founding CEO and Board Member of Eksim Investment Holding, which operates in the fields of energy, real estate and mining.

In 2006, he started working in the sector with Turkey's first Energy Service and Energy Efficiency Consultancy Company initiative. He has carried out and continues to carry out consultancy, project and auditing activities in many industrial companies of our country on energy management, energy recovery and digitalization in energy. He carried out studies on increasing efficiency in production and adaptation of quality systems in a family company engaged in production and trade in the field of Plastic and Packaging Industry.
During the same period, he prepared a master's thesis on "Analysis of Factors Effective in the Preference of Foreign Direct Investments in Turkey" at the International Management Department of Birmingham University, England, and after specializing in International Trade, he worked for a while in a multinational company in England.

Ahmet Tarık Gör, born in 1992 in Istanbul, is the founder and owner of the advertising agency Met Vibes, which he established in 2014. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Administration and has a passionate approach to communication, advertising, and marketing. He continuously develops his knowledge and experience in these fields and shares his insights through articles published on various platforms.
Gör has also played an active role in MÜSİAD's youth organization, Genç MÜSİAD. He served as a Board Member responsible for the Communication Commission for two years, and then held the position of Vice Chairman, responsible for the Communication and Education Commissions, for another two years. During this time, he led successful projects and contributed to the development of educational activities within the association.
He is also one of the founders of the International Digital Entrepreneurship Association, where he has contributed significantly to digital entrepreneurship through European Union projects conducted under the association.

Sadettin Budak was born in 1979 in Birecik, Şanlıurfa. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Istanbul. He graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University with a degree in History and Turkish Language and Literature, and he completed his postgraduate studies at Anadolu University and Eskişehir Osmangazi University.
Budak began his professional career in the construction sector as a marketing coordinator and later entered the event and advertising industry through Enisa Tanıtım, a company specializing in promotion and organization. He also founded Argetron Elektronik, a company that manufactures Turkey's first domestic and national lighting control systems, and Extreme Works, which produces adventure parks and unconventional play areas. Extreme Works has multiple facilities and exports to nearly 30 countries.
Budak became a member of MÜSİAD in 2014 and served as Vice Chairman of the Printing, Publishing, and Media Sector Committee. He also worked in the Overseas Organization Commission between 2014 and 2017, founding several branches. From 2021 to 2023, he again served as Vice Chairman of the Printing, Publishing, and Media Sector Committee.

Hasan Ekmen was born in 1971 in Giresun, Çamoluk. He graduated from Kadıköy Anadolu İmam Hatip High School and earned his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Communication and a master's degree in Business Administration.
Ekmen held various positions within the AK Party, including serving as the Deputy Mayor of Üsküdar between 2009 and 2014. He received national and international awards for the communication methods he developed for local governments.
He started his business career in the furniture sector and then transitioned into the insurance industry. In 2000, he founded Vizyon Sigorta A.Ş. and continued his work in the insurance sector. In 2019, he founded Vizyon Global Sigorta and Reinsurance Brokerage. Ekmen represents many insurance companies operating in Turkey and continues his commercial activities in this field.
Ekmen became a member of MÜSİAD in 2002 and served on the Organization and Corporate Relations Commission between 2002 and 2004. From 2014 to 2016, he was part of the Services Sector Committee. He also worked in the Trade Development Tables from 2016 to 2019 and in the Insurance and Risk Committee from 2019 to 2021. At the 26th Ordinary General Assembly of MÜSİAD, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Financial Services Education and Consultancy Sector Committee.

He completed his primary and secondary education in Fatih, Istanbul. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at ÜÇKARDEŞLER Office Furniture, a family business established in 1961, which has a production facility in Çatalca, Istanbul, and various sales stores. The company specializes in the production of office, cafe, and garden furniture.

Cemal Özen, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Anadolu University, began his business career in 1986, engaging in various sectors such as white goods, ready-made clothing, retail, and wholesale food trade. With the development of organized retail in Turkey, he and his brothers opened their first food retail store in Istanbul under the "ONUR" brand in 1996.
Özen has played an important role in the development of the sector, contributing to the establishment of the Istanbul Retailers Association in 2006, where he served as the founding Vice Chairman. He also contributed to the formation of the Turkish Retailers Federation.
To support social responsibility projects, Özen is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ayşe Hatun Özen Foundation (AHEV), established in honor of their mother.

Born in 1960 in Diyarbakır, Korkmaz graduated from Batman High School in 1979 and passed the Customs Consultant Assistant exam in 1982, beginning his career in this field.
He worked in Customs Consulting and Air Cargo sectors, and between 1998 and 2000, he was a member of the Education and Legislation Committee within the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM).
In 2000, Korkmaz passed the Customs Consultant exams and continued his work in this field. Between 2000-2002 and 2003-2005, he served as a Board Member and Vice Chairman at the Istanbul Customs Consultants Association.
In 2007, he conducted the first seminar in Turkey on the External Processing Regime at TİM.
Since 2009, Korkmaz has been a Member of the Assembly at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, a Delegate to TOBB, Vice Chairman of the Foreign Trade Specialization Committee, and has held positions in the Logistics Specialization Committee.

He began his commercial career in the automotive sector in 1994 and worked in the second-hand vehicle departments of authorized automotive dealerships until 2014. Since 2015, while continuing his activities at his own company, "İsmail Altın Otomotiv Kiralama İnşaat," he has also engaged in business partnerships in the plastic and metal recycling sectors.
Altın serves as a board member in various NGOs, including DERSİAD, ANEV, ASAD, Senegal Şefkat Yolu Association, and Nigeria Darul Erkam Foundation.

In 2012, Canpolat founded Fatih Canpolat Textile Internal and External Trade Limited Company, and continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of the company, which exports internationally under the FC Fantasy brand to several countries.
He also serves as the General Manager of Tumturak Textile and a Board Member of Baydemir Profil, continuing his professional business career.
Between 2015 and 2019, Canpolat served as the Vice Chairman of the Textile and Leather Sector at MÜSİAD, and in 2019, he was elected Chairman of the Textile and Leather Sector of ASKON.
Since 2017, Canpolat has been a Board Member of TİGSAD, and since 2018, he has been a Member of the 39th Committee for Innerwear at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. He has also been a member of the Italy and United Kingdom Chambers of Commerce Association since 2019.

In the same year, he started his professional career at Turaç Foreign Trade Ltd. Şti. İsmail Hakkı Karaca, born in 1982 in Konya, completed his Industrial Engineering education in 2004. Since then, he has been actively involved in the energy sector through his own companies, focusing on natural gas, solar energy, and electricity.
He is currently a Board Member of the Konya Branch of the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers (MMO) and serves as the Treasurer on the Board of the Solar Energy Industrialists and Industry Association (GENSED). Karaca is also part of the organizing committees of scientific events such as the Machinery Design and Manufacturing Technologies Congress, the Solar Energy Systems Symposium and Exhibition, the New and Renewable Energy Sources Symposium, and the Industrial Engineering Spring Conferences.
He has participated in various scientific and professional organizations related to natural gas, renewable energy technologies, machinery, and industrial engineering as a panelist, speaker, presenter, and author. Most recently, he was involved in the working group for the feasibility report on the establishment of an energy-specialized industrial zone in Karapınar, playing a role in the decision-making process of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Energy, and the Governorate of Konya regarding the zone.

Hüseyin Sarpkaya was born in Istanbul in 1980.
After completing his primary and secondary education, he graduated from the Biomedical Device Technologies Program at Marmara University and the Public Administration Department of the Faculty of Economics at Anadolu University.
He completed his Master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Management.
Since 2001, Hüseyin Sarpkaya has been involved in commercial activities in the private sector. Since 2007, he has served as the General Manager of Diagno Tıbbi Medikal Tic. Ltd. Şti. and since 2018, he has held the position of General Coordinator at MQI Mydentist A.Ş.
Sarpkaya also teaches health-related courses at Istanbul Medipol University and writes column articles for journals in the same field.
Active in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) since his university years, Sarpkaya has held positions such as Founding Board Member of the Istanbul Young Entrepreneurs Board of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Substitute Member of the Discipline Board of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Medical Devices Technologies Committee of the Pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Foundation, and Secretary General of the Association of Oral and Dental Health Organizations and Health Tourism.

After graduating from the Economics Department of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Uludağ University, he completed his language education in London and his master's degree at Szent István University in Budapest, starting his professional career in 2011.
After gaining experience in the private sector, focusing on foreign trade, Can currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board at Ercan Metal Sac, a company that has been operating in Dudullu OSB since 1982 as a raw material supplier for the iron and steel industry and a steel service center.
Muhittin Can holds memberships in Beşiktaş JK General Assembly and the 55th Iron and Steel Committee of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. Under the MÜSİAD umbrella, he has served as the Vice Chairman of the Iron and Steel Sector Committee, a Member of the Domestic Branch Organization Commission, and the Deputy Chairman of the Chemical, Metal, and Mining Sector Committee since 2016.

Murat Kundak, born in Eskişehir in 1975, completed his primary school education in Eskişehir, followed by middle and high school education in Istanbul.
Between 1994 and 2001, he studied at Istanbul University Faculty of Law Justice Vocational School and then at Istanbul University Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations and Advertising.
Kundak began working in the tourism industry in 2002 and founded his own company, ME TUR, in 2017.
He has held founding membership and board membership in various foundations and associations and continues his work in tourism-related organizations and civil society institutions such as HURSAD, HAK, SMIIC, and IHATO.
Between 2017 and 2019, Kundak served as the Vice President of the MÜSİAD Tourism Sector Committee, and between 2019 and 2021, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the MÜSİAD New Tourism Resources Development Committee. He was then elected as a Board Member at the 26th Ordinary General Assembly of MÜSİAD.
