Born in Ankara in 1975, Mahmut Sefa Çelik graduated from Kabataş High School for Boys in 1993. Çelik graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering, in 1998. Between 1999 and 2001, he worked as a site manager in the Sinpaş Aqua City Project, between 2002 and 2004 he served as Deputy Foreign Trade Manager at Seranit Granit Seramik Inc., and between 2004 and 2005 he managed various distribution investments at the Seranit Bilecik Factory.
In 2005, Mahmut Sefa Çelik was appointed as Deputy General Manager responsible for Project Planning and Administrative Permit Processes at the Sinpaş Headquarters in Istanbul. He has held various positions in Sinpaş Holding companies such as Board Member of Saf REIT Inc., General Manager of Servet REIT Inc., Board Member of Batı Ege Real Estate Inc., General Manager of Oswe Real Estate GmbH, Executive Board Member of Kat Real Estate Development Inc., and Board Member of Ottoman Real Estate Investments Inc.
Mahmut Sefa Çelik currently continues to serve as Board Member of Sinpaş REIT and as General Manager and Board Member of Kızılbük Real Estate Investment Trust Inc.
In addition, Çelik, who has served in various positions in the country’s leading non-governmental organizations, is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Alaca Education Foundation, a Board Member of Boğaziçi Foundation, Vice President of the Shopping Centers Investors Association (AYD), and Vice President of the Association of Real Estate Investment Companies (GYODER).
Mahmut Sefa Çelik was elected as a Board Member at the 28th Ordinary General Assembly of MÜSİAD.
