Ahmet Dilsiz was born on October 6, 1979, in Kırıkkale. He is married and the father of three children. He completed his primary education in 1990 at Mustafa Necati Primary School and graduated from Kırıkkale Anatolian High School in 1997. He completed his undergraduate studies in Public Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara University, in 2002, and earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Institute of Social Sciences, Kırıkkale University, in 2010.
Between 2004 and 2007, he served as a district governor candidate at the Çorum Governorship. During this period, he held the positions of assistant district governor in Keskin, and acting district governor in Beylikova (Eskişehir) and Karakeçili (Kırıkkale). Between 2004 and 2007, he served as a district governor candidate at the Çorum Governorship. In July 2015, he was appointed as Branch Director at the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Ministry of Interior, and in 2016, he served as Acting Head of the same department. From 2016 to 2018, he worked at the Directorate General of Local Administrations of the Ministry of Interior, followed by the Directorate General of Provincial Administration between 2018 and 2019, where he served as department head. Between 2019 and 2022, he held the position of Director General of Investment and Enterprises at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, where he was the founding executive and oversaw the institutional structuring of the directorate. During his tenure, he supervised the planning and implementation of numerous stadiums, youth centers, sports facilities, and dormitory projects. On September 15, 2023, he was appointed as Legal Advisor at the Directorate General of Legal Services of the Ministry of Interior, and on December 2, 2024, he was assigned as Secretary General of the Witness Protection Board.
In 2005–2006, as part of the overseas training program for district governor candidates, he studied the French language for nine months in Besançon, France, and examined the French administrative structure in various institutions. Between 2007 and 2013, in the districts where he served, he carried out numerous projects in the fields of education, culture, health, youth and sports, agriculture, and transportation within the scope of KÖY-DES, GAP, and SODES projects.
Following the 28th Ordinary General Assembly of MÜSİAD, Ahmet Dilsiz was appointed as Secretary General of MÜSİAD, a position he continues to hold.
Born in 1966 in Istanbul, Kadir Abalı graduated from Bahçelievler High School and continued his undergraduate education at Anadolu University, Department of Public Relations. Having worked in various positions within MÜSİAD, Mr Abalı served as Deputy Secretary General between 2016 and 2017 and is currently serving as Deputy Secretary General of MÜSİAD.
Abalı is married and has 2 children.
Born in Uşak in 1988, Çakmak completed his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Engineering in 2012 and is currently pursuing his master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences.
Mr. Çakmak started his professional work experience as a Foreign Representative at Hayrat Foundation in 2012 and served as Foreign Representative, Deputy Representative and Regional Coordinator in 4 different countries between 2012-2019. In 2019, Çakmak started to work as the Director of International Policies and Cooperation at the Turkish Red Crescent Society and served as the OIC Red Unit Manager until 2022, and during his term of office, he served as the Secretary General of the Network of Red Crescent-Red Cross Societies of the Member States of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation. In February 2022, Mr. Çakmak started to work as MÜSİAD Foreign Relations Director and was appointed as MÜSİAD Deputy Secretary General in August of the same year.
He speaks English and Arabic at an advanced level and Ottoman Turkish at an instructor level.
Çakmak is married and currently serves as the Deputy Secretary General of MÜSİAD.

Between 2012 and 2015, Karahan served as MÜSİAD Sector Boards Manager, between 2016 and 2020 as MÜSİAD Domestic Organisation Manager, and between 2020 and 2023 as MÜSİAD Chief of Staff. After the 27th Ordinary General Assembly of MÜSİAD held on 29 April 2023, Karahan was appointed as Deputy Secretary General and is married with 2 children.
He was born in 1992 in Yalova. She completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul Aydın University, Department of International Trade between 2011-2016. He continues his master's degree in International Relations at Istanbul Aydın University.

He served as Foreign Relations Coordinator between 2016-2018, Assistant Foreign Relations Manager between 2018-2021, Foreign Relations Manager between 2021-2022, Foreign Relations, MÜSİAD EXPO, European Union Projects and Vizyoner'23 Director between 2022-2023. In addition, he served as MÜSİAD EXPO Coordinator in 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2022, and as Director of European Union Projects between 2022 and 2023.
Yasin Yetişmiş, who is an expert in international business trips- delegations, B2B and fair organisations, international market research, state supports for exports and European Union funds, has received corporate trainings on various subjects. In August 2023, he was appointed as Assistant Secretary General.
Mr Yetişmiş is married and speaks English at an advanced level.
