Virtuous Life is a project implemented within UTESAV and constitutes the main roof of UTESAV where social and cultural activities are carried out. This project aims to position the concept of “virtue”, which is a higher level of moral standards, at the center of human life and to make the principle of virtuous life a basic reference source among business people. Believing that the pillars of a civilization are based on virtue and virtue, UTESAV carries out various activities within the scope of the project to spread goodness and what is good based on the principle of commanding good and forbidding evil. At the forefront of these activities are the Quran Meetings lessons that started in 2012 and are still ongoing. In the lessons that were started with the aim of not forgetting that the hadith “Learning knowledge is obligatory from the cradle to the grave” is kept alive and that we are all students in this world regardless of our title, we strive to reach the knowledge that will make our lives meaningful. In order for more people to benefit from these lessons, live broadcasts are made every week on the Erdemli Hayat YouTube page.

Another activity within the scope of the project is the Erdemli Businessman School trainings. Islam has considered working for a person's "halal sustenance" as worship, and for this purpose, it has described economic activity as an element of social welfare, an indispensable part of life and a manifestation of personal virtue. In order for social life to develop healthily, it is a necessity to highlight the virtuous human model in business life. In this context, moral rules are needed for business life to be carried out successfully and healthily.

The Erdemli Businessman School, which UTESAV brought to life at the end of 2017, consists of a chain of trainings that aim to evaluate the business and shopping ethics, which have the best examples in our tradition, within the framework of today's needs by bringing together our businessmen who are directly faced with the problems in life with our competent scientists.

In line with these objectives, the trainings we have carried out include the MUSIAD Spirit, which covers why MUSIAD was founded and what is included in its founding codes; Interest-Free Financial Transactions, where we address the Islamic finance model, which is increasingly accepted by Muslim countries as well as other countries in the world and prioritizes social justice; Karz-ı Hasan, which has been transformed into a fund within the body of MUSIAD and is described as a “good debt” in the Quran; Business Ethics, which will accelerate the moral status in various relations in business life; Partnership Culture, which evaluates the basic elements of successfully maintaining a partnership and is always a matter that MUSIAD also prioritizes, and the Virtuous Businessman Model, which prioritizes Muslim businessmen taking action with awareness of their responsibilities towards their counterparts in business life, as well as many other topics aimed at the needs of businessmen.
