MÜSİAD President Mahmut Asmalı commented on the "My First Home, My First Workplace" project, the largest social housing project in the history of the Republic, announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. President Asmalı emphasized the significant value of the project, developed by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and implemented in collaboration with TOKİ (Housing Development Administration of Turkey), with its comprehensive three-pronged model. He stated:
"We believe that the 'My First Home, My First Workplace' project, announced by our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, will significantly contribute to our national economy, both for our citizens and through the economic activity it will generate. We find it highly valuable that the project, which offers our fixed-income citizens the opportunity to acquire affordable housing, is not limited to housing but also encompasses diverse areas such as workplaces and residential land at affordable prices. This project, offered as a three-package project, gains even more significance with the creation of residential lots with ready infrastructure where citizens can build their own homes. The inclusion of the residential land plan with completed infrastructure, proposed by MÜSİAD, is a welcome development. As stated by our President, the project, encompassing 500,000 social housing units, 250,000 residentially zoned lots, and 50,000 workplaces in a very short period of two years, is one of the most valuable projects in the history of the Republic." "This will be one of the projects. Furthermore, the investment and production activity we, as MÜSİAD, have implemented continues with ongoing investments throughout our country. In addition to the social housing project announced by our President, we will continue to increase our employment-supporting initiatives with our regional investments."
