The MÜSİAD EXPO Mixed Trade Fair, organized biennially by the Independent Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MÜSİAD), will open its doors this year from November 2-5 at the TÜYAP Istanbul Fair and Congress Center. The 19th event is expected to host over 100,000 visitors and participants from 124 countries, and qualified procurement delegations will meet with entrepreneurs, investors, and industrial businesspeople.

Qualified procurement delegations will meet with businesspeople at MÜSİAD EXPO.

MÜSİAD President Mahmut Asmalı stated that despite the effects of the pandemic, satisfaction rates reached 97% at MÜSİAD EXPO 2020, which was held after the pandemic. He added that MÜSİAD EXPO 2022, freed from global influences, will shape global trade.

Chairman Asmalı continued his assessment:

"Our fair held in 2020 demonstrated a satisfaction rate reaching 97%. Last year, at MÜSİAD EXPO, the only fair held with a safe service approach, escaping the effects of the pandemic, we welcomed visitors from 102 countries on a 14,000-square-meter area. This year, at the fair we have been organizing since 1993, we will host more than 100,000 visitors and exhibitors from 124 countries on a 25,000-square-meter area. There is significant participation from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the MENA region. Qualified buyer delegations from numerous countries, including Azerbaijan, Russia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Iran, and Algeria, will be present at MÜSİAD EXPO, the center of global trade. We conducted comprehensive and in-depth research at MÜSİAD EXPO and invited buyer delegations based on company and product to our country. The B2B meetings, which will bring together exhibitors and visitors from 24 different sectors, have yielded positive results." We anticipate that this will lead to a significant increase in the number of ambassadors. We are excited about this major gathering that will shape global and regional trade.

MÜSİAD EXPO will directly contribute to Türkiye's 2023 vision.

Chairman Asmalı also referenced efforts in the field of commercial diplomacy and noted that a D8 Ambassadors meeting will be held as part of the fair. He also stated that MÜSİAD EXPO will directly contribute to Türkiye's 2023 goals.

The MÜSİAD President continued his statement:

"MÜSİAD EXPO 2022 is also the heart of commercial diplomacy. We will bring together diplomatic missions from around the world, our foreign representatives, and our ambassadors, consuls, and honorary consuls with our business people through the International Business Forum and various events organized within the framework of MÜSİAD EXPO, Türkiye's most comprehensive mixed trade fair. This year, an event will be held at MÜSİAD EXPO with the participation of D8 Ambassadors. MÜSİAD EXPO offers a great opportunity to help our country reach its 2023 export target of $300 billion. Past fairs have contributed to the economy through billions of dollars in trade. With this fair, we aim to directly contribute to our country's 2023 vision through maximum commercial connections."
