MÜSİAD quickly established a Crisis Desk after the earthquake, and mobilized all its resources from the moment the earthquake struck. Through the established Crisis Desk, MÜSİAD teams coordinated with domestic and international branches to respond quickly to information and requests from the disaster area. They sent essential supplies, food aid, and construction equipment for search and rescue efforts to many regions.

MÜSİAD President Mahmut Asmalı stated that they had aligned all domestic branches with the 10 provinces affected by the earthquake, and that they had established emergency response teams responsible for each province. President Asmalı emphasized that more than 500 trucks, logistics support vehicles, and construction equipment carrying more than 2,000 basic necessities and food items, prepared with contributions from MÜSİAD members to meet the needs of earthquake-affected citizens under the coordination of the MÜSİAD Crisis Desk, were dispatched to the region. He stated that a large portion of this aid has arrived in the disaster area, and the construction equipment has begun search and rescue efforts. He also announced that 100 caravans have been made available to earthquake-affected citizens, and prefabricated structures prepared by member companies will also be dispatched to the region.

Mayor Asmalı, making assessments in Kahramanmaraş, said, "We are going through an extraordinary situation. Our country is facing a great test. As MÜSİAD, we could not remain indifferent to such a tragic event. We are trying to do everything we can for the people of the region. Today is a day of unity, a day of solidarity."

MÜSİAD President Mahmut Asmalı continued:

"We have paired 10 provinces with other provinces, including our domestic branches. With God's blessing, all our units are mobilized to provide food aid, construction equipment, and other aid. We have been following developments on the ground in Kahramanmaraş. We are going through an extraordinary situation. Our country is facing a great test. As MÜSİAD, we could not remain indifferent to such a tragic event. We have established a crisis team at our headquarters and declared full mobilization with our domestic and international branches. Our crisis team is distributing information and requests from the disaster area to all our branches based on their needs. God willing, we will overcome this process together. It is a very difficult situation. We cannot bring back the losses, but at least we can provide timely relief to the wounded and those left behind. Most importantly, the local people are experiencing great trauma. At the same time, the weather is cold here. Therefore, we must stand with our local people. We are trying to do our best. May God be with us all." May he help us and protect our nation. Today is the day of unity, the day of togetherness.
