FOLLOW US PRESIDENT

The Commission on R&D, Innovation and Branding, reporting to the Deputy Chairman, was established to prepare, develop, and implement MÜSİAD’s strategic plans, to ensure performance management, and to carry out R&D activities on strategic issues.

ACTIVITIES

Measuring and evaluating target-realization within the framework of MÜSİAD’s current strategic plan, and coordinating with relevant commissions regarding areas of improvement.

Reflecting changes in MÜSİAD’s management and commission structures into the strategic plan in line with changing external and internal dynamics.

Keeping strategic plans dynamic by regularly using strategic planning tools and analyses.

Contributing to the strategic goals and activities of the Board of Directors, commissions, and the General Secretariat, based on MÜSİAD’s mission, values, and vision.

Developing and implementing methods to measure the compliance of measurable activities related to strategic goals with the strategic plan on a quarterly basis.

Organizing training activities on strategic planning and implementation at headquarters and branches.

Supporting the General Secretariat regarding the efficiency of business processes.

Providing planning and coordination support on strategic issues related to the President of MÜSİAD’s program and activities.

Monitoring, evaluating, and presenting national and international developments related to strategic issues concerning MÜSİAD.

Contributing to the formation of strategies for MÜSİAD’s projects and brands such as EXPO, Visionary, Karz-ı Hasen, MTO, Invest, and Zimem Defteri.

Developing and monitoring existing projects, and evaluating them using accurate and up-to-date data.
