The digital eco-system is a new generation economic simulation where natural ecosystems are adapted to digital transformation and systematized. In the 2025 process when Generation Z is preparing to start work, both the transformation of conventional sectors and paradigm shifts in commercial transactions are pushing the classical eco-system to digital simulations and new process managements. In this respect, the digital eco-system is a transformation and structuring process that can be applied to almost every field. Digital data processing has to build its own new eco-systems around digital customers and learning systems. This transformation leads to a change in business habits in a wide range from business production to sustainable growth. Database creation, data security, learning structures, SMAC powers, business networks, BIGData management, as well as smart organizations and smart business models are also the target outputs of this field. The commercialization of knowledge that comes to the forefront for supporting innovative entrepreneurship is the dissemination of the produced P&D and R&D activities with an Innovation Incubator model for both SMEs and capital companies and the feeding of the profit-cost gap. However, this process is carried out by public institutions and universities in our country and the industrial leg remains incomplete. However, the active participation of the industry and the sale or rental of a commercialization system in which it will be the process manager to foreign markets are important in terms of protecting the interests of the local partner who suffers losses due to R&D costs in direct investments, supporting the national innovation and patent system first hand and developing special capital funds and alternative fund models for innovation entrepreneurship. MÜSİAD Digital Transformation Sector Board also carries out studies in this direction and produces policies to pioneer the digital transformation in Türkiye and to disseminate this process.

1988 İstanbul doğumlu olup aslen Konyalıdır.
İlk, orta ve lise eğitimini İstanbul’da tamamlayan Çiftci, 2008 yılında İstanbul Kültür Üniversitesi, Bilgisayar Teknolojisi ve Programlama Ön Lisans, 2013 yılında ise Anadolu Üniversitesi İşletme Lisans programını tamamladı.
Yüksek Lisansını ise 2016 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri alanında tamamladı. Ayrıca Anadolu Üniversitesi’nde İlahiyat Ön Lisans derecesi aldı.
2008 Yılında Bulut Bilişim (Cloud) sanal sunucu ve sunucu barındırma hizmeti veren VH Bilişim şirketini kurdu.
2017 yılında biyometrik veri ve yönetim sistemi, hudut geçiş ve yönetim sistemi ve uygulama yazılımları geliştiren “Kaledar Teknoloji” şirketini kurdu.
Üç dönem KONSİAD Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği ve bir dönem MÜSİAD Dijital Dönüşüm Sektör Kurulu yönetiminde görev alan Çiftci, MÜSİAD 27. Olağan Genel Kurulu sonrası MÜSİAD Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği, Dijital Dönüşüm Sektör Kurulu Başkanlığı görevine getirildi.
İngilizce ve Arapça bilen Çiftci, evli ve iki çocuk babasıdır.
