MÜSİAD Health Sector Board consists of our members who are in the medical drug industry and health service provision. We establish sub-working groups with our sector board members with whom we have common ground in our working life and who operate in the same field, and we take the pulse of the sector and carry out business development activities in Turkey and abroad. Our ultimate goal is not only to develop business and grow our companies in a commercial sense, but also to do useful work in both our trade and civil society activities. Our basic idea is to enlarge the pie and ensure that everyone's share increases. While doing business development work, we also support the resolution of the problems of our sector's stakeholders in the search conferences, summits and reports we present to public institutions.

1972 yılında Elazığ’da doğan Dr. İhsan Şahin, Gazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi mezunudur. Sağlık alanında faaliyet gösteren SILA Teknoloji ve Sağlık A.Ş.’nin kurucusudur. MÜSİAD Ankara Şubesi Yönetim Kurulu üyeliği yapmış olan Şahin, 2025–2027 döneminde Sağlık Sektör Kurulu Başkanı olarak görev yapmaktadır.
