The Financial Services, Consultancy and Education Commission is divided into four separate headings and work areas. The Board operates in the fields of financial services, education and consultancy; and creates studies and plans in this direction.

The Board's working subgroups:

Education: The Education Services Group within our Financial Services Consultancy and Education Services Sector Board aims to provide permanent and effective solutions to the problems of all educational institutions operating in the sector and aims to increase the competitiveness of sector organizations. The Education Sector Group carries out studies on various dimensions of education, including increasing the quality of education and training at all levels, from preschool to higher education, without distinguishing between private and public educational institutions, teacher training, vocational training and lifelong learning.

Financial Consultancy: The Financial Consultancy Sector Group within our Financial Services Consultancy and Education Services Sector Board consists of members who serve as Certified Public Accountants and Certified Public Accountants. The Financial Advisory Sector Group aims to prepare bulletins and notifications on issues such as tax legislation, customs and trade legislation, social security legislation, and share them with members and the public, as well as to create and submit proposals regarding laws, regulations, circulars and other sub-legislation through consultation and common sense, taking into account the views, thoughts and expectations of members. The group also has the duty to conduct studies and publications that will broaden the horizons of companies on issues such as institutionalization, branding, going public, and growth through mergers, and to create bulletins, notifications and proposals to be submitted to relevant ministries for incentive requirements and other government supports required by these studies.

Consultancy: The work of a person or persons specialized in a specific field to transfer their knowledge and skills to the organization they serve in accordance with the defined job description within a certain period of time is called consultancy. What is important here is that the people working as consultants are experienced and experts in the field specified in the job description. The information that consultants have should be different and innovative from that of the organization they serve and should add something new to this organization. In addition, consultants should observe the interests of the organization they provide services to, provided that they adhere to the principle of impartiality, and should create guiding strategies by sharing the results they obtain with the organization. Consultancy services have been increasing rapidly in our country in recent years. Organizations and businesses are seeking solutions to their problems and meeting their needs by receiving services from expert consultant companies in many areas, from branding to marketing, from human resources to accounting. The sector is expanding the scope of consultancy services by including new areas every day and is trying to meet the increasing demand by training new consultants. In line with strategic planning, the Group aims to provide feasibility studies and roadmaps to global or local companies, and to contribute to their growth and/or institutionalization by preparing budgets and reports to achieve their goals in this regard, with the support of our members.

Law: Within the scope of the work carried out by the Law Group, MÜSİAD members are provided with the opportunity to contribute to the comprehensive, low-cost and uninterrupted coping with all kinds of litigation, employment-labor disputes, to support members in taking preventive measures against the recurrence of similar disputes, and to ensure that members can easily benefit from the established network. At the same time, it is aimed to create a strong structure in the national and international arena by bringing together knowledge, experience and energy. It creates a professional communication network that will facilitate the communication of lawyers at home and abroad with their colleagues and to communicate with them when needed, by increasing cooperation, solidarity and cooperation with a strong attorney and legal consultancy network that specializes in different areas of law and reflects the dynamism of the world.
